We are rebuilding. People forget that, we really are a terrible team and there is so much work to do. Marbury who has skills does not have what it takes to lead a team and he has proven that. It's addition by subtraction. He's getting older and is breaking down with injuries now. It over for him and his ego will never allow him to play like a good backup and team player. Plus he acts like a flake. We are starting over people get used to it.
