If this has been brought up in the comments after page 1, I apologize for bringing it up again. Quoting from Wikipedia, due to my being lazy, but it'll prove my point. "On April 13, 2012, it was announced that Tom Benson, owner of the New Orleans Saints, had purchased the franchise from the NBA for $338 million." & "On May 30, the Hornets were awarded the 1st overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft; they had a 13.7% chance of winning the 1st pick."
So, for all of those people, including Left, who keep claiming that the Hornets are owned by the NBA and Stern fixed it for them, that's not true. A full 6 weeks prior to the lottery drawing Benson bought the Hornets. That in and of itself makes me vote Right.
Of course they are! They both threw the ball for plenty of yards, both completed a lot of TD passes, and threw a few interceptions! In fact, they both did similar jobs running their teams' offenses. (/tongue in cheek comment).
I'm surprised no one jumped on the train wreck that is the New Orleans Hornets. Or, was it just a gentleman's agreement that since Stern is running the team, they don't count?
I voted right because of the irrational hope that Carson Palmer will come back. Saying that he "needs the money" is just blatantly wrong, as he's on record of saying he DOESN'T need the money. He refuses to play for that team, and he won't come back unless the owner and GM come to their senses and trade his mediocre behind somewhere for a 3rd or 4th round draft pick.
