Yes, Hakeem game was more like a Duncan and Barkley. Ablity to catch in the paint with back to basket. The differences in your PF is there ability to face up and do more then just shot jumpers. They can drive to the basket to score. Look at the PF that followerd. Webber, Garnett, Wallace and DUncan,, IMO.

Not saying he couldn't play the position. A lot of time he caught the ball outside the paint and face up, drible to the basket shaking everyone of couse.

i know he played center but his game was more of a PF. He wasn't 7ft, Hakeem was really about 6'10.

Of course not.. No man does, and when it finally looks like they can beat you. You stop playing.

Hakeem was a PF abusing centers. Great Range but also ability to catch the ball outside the paint and make his way to the basket.

CP3 is a point guard, he would always have the ball. Kobe would either run with him or get mad. I think Kobe at this age has learned to play with anyone that can help him get way ahead of shaq as far as rings goes.

Not about being a student. I just dont think he has the ability to do those things. He is built and moves, more like a malone then Hakeem.

I don't think he has the winning at all cost mentality. I think he could be a strong #2 with it.

so true. that is the one bright spot is they did look horrible with a chance to win.

Yes, but Dwight needs to be more dominate. When the game on the line, sometimes your 2nd best needs to be able to take over the game. Dwight can but needs help from other to put him in position to score.

of course you can win with him,, you just can't build a team around him and expect to win it all.

If what you say is true then Houston becomes a good choice for him except one thing. Houston is not NY. NOw that Phil is there, it takes the pressure off of him for a short time if they don't get a ring.

Dirk Defend??? wow, that impressive.

THere is talent there with Davis but there is a lot more talent in the West as well with better coaching. IE GS with Jackson. You are right with TAJ, more minutes might not improve his stats. But i do like having Taj and Melo on the court together.

Yes he would. If he could get PP and RA to play defense then he can get melo to as well. The Bulls lack scoring and Melo is that.
