let me start by saying I LOVE what bowden has done at florida state. a stretch of 14 years straight in the top four in the nation ,a couple of national championships,a couple of hiesmans. five national championship games. BUT there comes a time to at the very least talk about the day when he walks away.his obsession with the all-time wins battle against joe-pa seems to have clouded his judgement. the steady decline of production at FSU has gotten out of hand . i personally blamed , chris rix,jeff bowden ect.but maybe it's the whole system. watching FSU this year it's the whole team , BASICS ! no tackling, no blocking,and very little catching the ball. but anyway on to the subject . i assumed that when jimbo was hired he was offered bobbies job when he retires.with ALL the head coaching positions open . FSU better move fast on this one or fisher is gone , quick!!!!

i'm glad to hear terry is going to help out . i also heard jerry rice has been on campus here lately for some reason . just as long as deion doesn't come back . i still can't believe he went down to miami last year before the FSU/MIAMI game to help out THEIR DB'S what a freakin turncoat . but about terry he has a house here locally and was on a local sports radio show about 2 months ago and the subject was brought up about going back into coaching . his reply was i make very good money with a free house and all kinds of fringe benifits to work basically three days a week , why would i want to work 12-14 hours a day 7 days a week again . but maybe he has changed his mind.

i heard ALOT of rumors right before cowher announced his retirement that he was going to coach in the college ranks , he always keeps his daughters close, one of them attends the university of north carolina he just bought that house there . but like i said just rumors. he has done about everything in the pros why not see if he can turn around a down program and win a national title ?

i've been hearing about this plus one formula for a couple of years now no bcs formula is flawless but with the exception of a full ncaa division 1 playoff (which we will never see) it's about as close as we will get

they better go after him , i just heard the usual pre-season seminole headlines . 6'4" 235 pound freshman defensive end/linebacker jamar jackson tore the acl in his right knee . will seek medical redshirt . seems like every year. i just hate to see a kid go out like that "not even getting to play a single snap "
