The Bears are fine at developing talent look at their defense over the years and the fact that they have traded some players that have done great and are in great situations. But the fact of the matter is that the bears are 3-1 and yes like every other team they made a bad player personnel decsions. My redskins did it with Antiono Pierce and many other teams have done it. They got rid of Benson because he was an immature player and plenty of teams have made decisions like that.

What makes Al Davis or Jerry Jones a more suitable owner than Rush Limbaugh could. I understand he made a racist comment and he's aplogized for it. But when you look at Al Davis, basically condoning his head coach punching someone in the face. Or the Eagle's owner allowing Vick to play. If he has the money and agrees to follow a certain code of conduct why not let him own a team. And by the way he is co-owning the team.
