I don't mean to play Switzerland here, but EVERY fan loves their team. We wouldn't be fans if we did not, and the game would not be the emotionally charged being that it was without us. Rather than focus the energy on rampant bashing of each other's coaches, Quarterbacks and team functioning, perhaps realize that each one of us might do things a bit differently if the job was ours, or if we held the circumstance in our sphere of influence. While some teams are naturally more charged against each other, it behooves each of us to remember that on any given Sunday (or other day to avoid argument) the results between two teams can be different. What is humorous to one person, might be in bad taste to another. It seems to be that it all comes down to malicious intent, ie: "You are either mean or stupid, pick one". I understand that verbal banter is like mental crosstraining, but should it really be taken so personally? I wish each and everyone of you a happy holiday season!
