The way I see it, Calvin Johnson can catch whatever he wants wherever he wants. So Britt can become a burner type player - ie Mike Wallace - who stretches the field, White can play in the slot and Megatron can play wherever. Considering Britt is a LOT better than Harvin, I like that more.
JPP would be better suited a OLB in a 3-4 most likely. I'm not sure I'd trust him at DE. Even if he did play well, he wouldn't come close to replicating flashy stats. And I like Snee more than Mankins too.
Technically, it's not completely their fault. But they undoubtedly play a role. And the longer the BCS exists, the longer things like this will happen. The bowl system in general is flawed really.
To me, this blog didn't even touch on the main reasons that the BCS is flawed.
Arkansas, South Carolina, Boise State and Baylor all missed out on a shot because of arbitrary rules and criteria. Each one of these teams was ranked higher than Michigan, Virginia Tech, Clemson and West Virginia, but won't see a shot at a BCS bowl because of "automatic" qualifying and arbitrary rules and criteria. The BCS is a money grab and a flawed system.
There is NO defending Clemson vs West Virginia or Michigan vs Virginia Tech as BCS bowls instead of Arkansas vs Kansas State. When 2 out of the 5 games are not even close to being between some of the best teams in the nation, and when one is a rematch, clearly something went wrong in the system.
Get rid of the BCS. I'm a Michigan fan and I know they don't belong.
I'd replace Westbrook with Williams at PG. Only slightly worse scoring, but a much better passer. More of a true PG.
And Dallas as the third seed? I'm not seeing it. And I doubt Philly will fall until 6th, nor will Boston climb into 4th.
Good outline though.

I'm going to try to make a run at blogger of the year eventually...just have to work on consistency.
Three straight Best Avatar nominees...I like it. Thank you everyone for the votes.
Excellent video as usual Yoda, and congrats to all the winners.
