I mean, if you're a Yankee you can't even have facial hair. Give me a break! You're going to tell a grown man playing baseball that he can't have facial hair???
Players go to New York for one reason: MONEY. Yea some might do what Giambi did, in that they might lie to the media just to humor them AND the fans, saying something along the lines of "oh uh I wanted to be a Yankee so I could be one of the greats."
Oh so the 7 years and $140 million had nothing to do with it? RIIIIIIIGHT
I can't WAIT to hear what CC says to the media about why he came to New York. We all know he wanted to play on the west coast and that he didn't even want to come to New York. I would respect the guy so much more if he just comes right out and says "7 years and $161 million. That's why I'm here." But we all know he won't.
