Hard to believe, but I bet a lot of people in Chicago wish they'd been born on the south side...
Rose signed a deal that would ban him from the hall and in return MLB would not make any details public, right? So he's out, period.
Any body wants to review that, let everybody know the whole story and then see if he even gets voted in. I think he sould be in, but he does not seem like a very honest man. He deserves votes, but not respect.
Seriously, I agree with everybody who's saying that for a kid without a pitch of major league experience and who's handled by an an ****hole agent nobody should pay that kind of money, but don't back it up by citing what happened about half a century ago, it doesn't make sense.
Moyer has an awful year, but I really hope that his career doesn't end by being moved to the bullpen - but he's had a comeback or two since turning forty, why not having one at 47?
Come back to Seattle, they signed Griffey only to sell T-shirts, Moyer farewell packages will sell themselves!
