Wow. What a bold prediction - Herm's "likely" gone. You've got to be kidding me. If this guy's not seated comfortably on the NFL failed head coach retread carousel bewteen Marty Mornhinweg and Dennis Green 30-seconds after next weeks game, then the Chiefs are absolutely NOT committed to winning. Can someone come up with one - o-n-e - ONE! sensible reason why he should not be fired? And these are not valid: "he's rebuilding the team" (he's "built" a 2-13 team - compare that the Dolphins) nor is "he's a great motivational speaker" or "he's a good guy/players coach/great motivator" - who cares, open a bar or a ministry and move on. I live in NE but was born in KS and have always been a huge Chiefs fan. Herm is looked at as an opportunistic ex-football player who inherits decent teams and quickly drags then down to his level of incompetence. The horrific blown leads in the 4th quarter are a serious serious red flag that this guy doesn't know how to win - if he doesn't, how will the players ever understand this?
