Why does Ferentz get "all that praise" ?? His first year at Iowa he was 1-10, and by the 4th year there he was 11-1, 8-0 in the Big 10 and playing in the Orange Bowl. He's only been at Iowa 10 years and is the 2nd winningest coach in the 120 years of Hawkeye Football, and in those 10 years, we've played in 4 New Year's Bowls. By the way, there are currently 24 former Hawkeyes on NFL rosters - and 14 of the 24 were on teams that made the playoffs this year
