Well everyone he had arguements with would be gone. Plus you have to admit everywhere he has gone. With the personnel he had to work with all improved by a 100%. Personally I think Martz would be a good fit again as the OC. You need a good Head Coach to corral a guy like that. The way Vermeil did. As far as Haslett, I would give him the reigns for the defense and let him try with a different front office so they can go get some of the personnel needed there. Well everywhere can you spell R E B U I L D and then maybe get back a little R E S P E C T.
