You're missing a key part of the read and react offense, well I suppose just offense in general: The QB needs to be able to throw the ball. RG3 and Kaepernick can run an effective read and react because they don't have the wet noodle that Tebow has.
"At a maximum, teams and agents will probe for something/anything to explain why Tom Brady was willing to sign a contract that pays him so much less than he'll be worth starting two years from now." --- They can stop looking for reasons: his wife makes more money than he does.
The same guy that rode the bench behind Thomas before Thomas a few years ago. A journeyman nobody shouldn't be critiquing a Vezina and Conn Smythe winner
As a Sox fan, I'm starting a campaign to start clearing cap space for the time he becomes a free agent. By that time Lackey, Dice K and Youk will all be gone. Make it happen Ben
"Well, the only thing I'll say, you know that I'm very concerned about our image. I do believe our players are role models. So when stories like that emerge you must understand I'm not very happy."
This is one of the more laughable quotes from Bud Selig. Concerned about your image? Players as role models? Yeah, it's pretty obvious from your tenure that you care about players being role models. Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, Jason Giambi and Roger Clemens were all fantastic role models. What a d bag.
"No longer is The Patriot Way any different than the way of the Colts, Packers, Ravens and Steelers."
How can you compare anyone's "way" to the Colts? If the Pats were like the Colts, then in 2008 they would have gone 4-12 with Matt Cassel. Now, I agree that they're just as much the same as the Packers, Ravens or Steelers
Yeah get rid of Tito and see what happens. This team will turn into the freaking Mets. It'll just be too many overpaid, underperforming players with no one to motivate them.
I've been going to multiple Sox games each year for the last 20 years, but if they don't retain Terry Francona, I won't spend a single cent on them. It would be disgraceful to blame this on Tito. Who else are you going to get that can do this job better?
Dude, I don't know if you remembered, but you won. I'd love to hear his reaction to Torres punching Kelly in the face and getting away with it. Or one of the Sedin's flopping around like PK Subban. Either way, none of those plays had any impact on the outcome. Great game. Hope there's more like it.
