The Cowboys are the Yankees of football. When they're good, the league is good. They need to get away from the quick-fix free agents and go back to sound drafting. Jerry is not a good personnel man. Bring in someone like Ron Wolf to run things for a couple years. Have Staubach or Aikman call Romo and set him straight about tradition. They're not a greasefire yet, but it's not that far off, either.
