Goodbye Charlie, hello John Gruden,this was Charlies last chance.Now John Gruden can get the job he always wanted and I think The touchdown Jesus crowd might like this guy and his energy.Is it possible to have 25 qb's on scholorship? if so Gruden will fit in just fine with this program.

gosh,maybe one of the sec teams will actually leave the southeast to play a out of conference game.How can you gauge a conference if they never travel out of their neighborhood to play somebody.We on the west coast are tied of hearing about how great the sec is , travel to Southern Cal for a season opener and then you can talk.If you look at USC's schedule from the past 40 years you will find that Pete Carrol and his team fear nobody in the country and will play anybody ,anywhere,anytime.In closing i am not saying Florida is a bad team because they are a great team with great talent and coaching but come on life exists outside the southeast.

OK NO MORE COFFEE for oaktown4life.I have been a raider fan longer than you have been alive.I guess the concept of expressing ideas in a open forum is lost on you.So why don't you drink another 44 or shine your bling and try think about what it was like to be a sports fan without all the hostility.We all know Russell has all the talent in the world he just needs to be motivated and mentored and if bringing in Garcia will do that it is a great pickup.

I still don't know about Russell,maybe this is a wake up call to the youngster who has all the talent in the world but seems a bit lost.When in traffic he is a bit slow to react and his accuracy suffers.Maybe Garcia was brought in for two reasons ,to mentor Russell and light a fire under his big behind or I may be guessing to trade him for a another type of QB say Mark Sanchez who is a hard worker and a quick study something Russell has not exhibited during his time here.I hope its to mentor and motivate because this kid has all the talent in the world and with a little more time and some blocking he could be very good for a long time.Don't you just love this time of year.
