Donnie - so you wanted to be a Major League baseball manager, watch what you wish for in the future.
Posted Wednesday May 22, 2013, About: Jackson 'too creepy' for Clippers
be a great Halloween promo. Sterling won't dish out that kind of money for a guy like Jackson. Truthfully, at this stage of his career, he just comes with too much baggage. It would be too much of a distraction. Chris Paul surely would reap benefit though.
Posted Monday May 20, 2013, About: Mattingly won't last the week
who was responsible for hiring this guy in the first place? Donnie Ballgame is a hitting coach, that's it, plain and simple, a hitting coach. He's way in over his head as a major league manager. Could you see him trying to go toe to toe with Tony LaRussa, LaRussa would run circles around this guy like he used to do to Bruce Bochy whenever that met in the playoff's.
Donnie - they tried, you're just not managerial material. I still remember that 1st trip to the mound that you made, oh yea, I forgot to tell you something else and you walked over the chalk line and it counted as a double trip and you had to pull your pitcher. Classic. BTW, what do you know about pitching....you're a hitting coach. Don't forget that and watch out what you wish for. Bye!

this guy would have been a perfect fit for the Padres, especially in spacious Petco Park.
Posted Thursday May 16, 2013, About: No contact between Ainge and Pierce or KG
PP slows the Celtics down to a thud, KG still has value and is an asset on the court. Doc is a good coach, having him around isn't going to hurt. I like him with young players, he's a great role model. PP needs to be the odd man out this year.
Posted Tuesday May 14, 2013, About: Mark Cuban wants new logo, uniform design
sweat, I have a losing product and can't sell the seats, marketing is down, looks bad for next year too. Hey, here's an idea, lets change the uni's, logo and rebrand this thing to generate some murchandise appeal = sales. Yea, that will probably work in Texas but it wouldn't fly on either coast. Mark, you're an idiot, that's the perception, maybe it's time to rebrand yourself? Just saying...
Posted Monday May 13, 2013, About: Jets job Geno Smith's job to lose?
I say get a good punter and forget this whole qb mess. It's just too complicated.
Posted Monday May 13, 2013, About: Jets job Geno Smith's job to lose?
Tebow in Raiderville, the Black Hole, Darth and family, East 14th, West Oakland, Bzerkley. The ghost of Tooz will take care of that squeeky clean imagine, nothing that a whack from Jack Tatum couldn't fix. Maybe that's exactly what the T-man needs. Couldn't be any worse than Marc Wilson or the Mad Bomber himself...Daryle Lamonica. Bring him on, we'll corrupt him in no time
Posted Monday May 13, 2013, About: Cubs ready to chase Boston's Ellsbury
I seriously doubt Ellsbury will be sitting anywhere come next spring, just not the same situation as Loshe. Me, if I ruled Sox Nation, I wouldn't take on someone else's junk/mistake. I'd just go with the draft pick and continue to churn out quality players. Keep that farm pipeline full and plentiful. Cubs wouldn't give up prospects, their cupboard is too thin. They won't be in any kind of pennant race so they can afford to wait until free agent time.
Posted Monday May 13, 2013, About: Cubs ready to chase Boston's Ellsbury
so they have 2 young players locked up with the possibility of another 2. I predict years of losing in Wrigleyville.
Posted Monday May 13, 2013, About: Jets job Geno Smith's job to lose?
Fantastic, maybe he can breath some life into this team other than Rex's hot air.
Posted Wednesday May 08, 2013, About: Billups aims for at least two more seasons
with the Clippers? Let's hope not. Might make a decent coach though?
Posted Wednesday May 08, 2013, About: Mattingly searching for answers
2 words - hitting coach, as in how did this guy ever get this gig? Dude is a hitting coach, not a game manager. Fire this guy already or send him to the minors. Mike - it's just about ready to happen, be patient and you'll be wearing dodger blue in no time.
Posted Wednesday May 08, 2013, About: Pence blamed himself for Phillies collapse
he contributed but by no means was he the reason the Phils swoon. But it would be nice if dude would work on pitch selection.
Posted Tuesday May 07, 2013, About: Del Negro's future in CP3's hands?
Blake Griffin for Paul Pierce, KG and Doc Rivers, really? That would be a disaster, Pierce is well past his prime and can't defend a one legged chicken, KG still has game but for how long, they actually count his minutes per game now. Doc, yea, I'd go for him as HC of the Clippers. But overall this trade would stink.
But the question does remain, what do they do with Blake? This guy continually disappears in the big games. I would trade him, no doubt about that but taking on senior citizens isn't the way I'd go. I wonder what Cleveland would give? Maybe one of their young players and some nice draft choices? They're still looking to replace LaBron, BG ain't LaBron but he does have some star appeal.
Posted Tuesday May 07, 2013, About: Hawks coaching staff prepares to be let go
aw....they're the Hawks, does anyone really care? This would be a great place for George Karl if he were available which he isn't. Maybe PJ Carlisimo, he actually did a great job with the Nets this year after taking over mid-season. How about Doug Collins? Maybe Shaq, just for laughs? Really, no one really cares.....
Posted Tuesday May 07, 2013, About: A-Rod won't guarantee 2013 return
Arod....come on dude..you're Arod, just go to Miami and get juiced up, heck, you'll probably be ready to play by the end of the week. You know the juicer in you really wants to go out an play. At his point you can't damage an areay tarnished reputation. Go for it.
Posted Friday May 03, 2013, About: Young no longer a target for Raiders
oh zrap, and this would have been the perfect situation for Vince to spruce up, the Raiders stink so bad that Vince would have ended up smelling like a rose.
Tebow is a stumbling, bumbling train wreck that somehow gets righted. Tebow is better than some NFL quarterbacks of old such as Ryan Leaf, Bobby Douglas, JaMarcus Russell, Steve Spurrier, Chrissy Everett, Mark Malone, Jeff George, Bubby Brister, Vince Young, Scott Mitchell, Rick Mirer just to name a few. Somehow this guy finds a way to win, and isn't that what it's all about? Wins and loses.
Posted Saturday April 27, 2013, About: Why Charles Barkley was bad idea for Suns GM
Sir Charles wants to be the GM because it comes with a head of the line pass at the buffet.

aww.....and where does Mr T fit in this disaster? Another fine mess in the Big Apple. Welcome aboard the starship Geno.
