If Rush can develop an off the dribble game, his draft stock would elevate more than any other player in the country. Granted he will be drafted somewhere this year he needs to continue to develop. He needs to look at the overall picture for his sake. As a lottery pick he'd have guaranteed money next year, and currently this is out of the question. One more year will make a huge difference.
