Hard to score when you use the same tactic over and over again. Maybe they should try and not just line up Big Z with a slap shot and maybe work some passes down low to Lucic or someone in the middle. Pretty hard to score when the other 29 teams in the league already know how to defend against you.

I would love to see Thomas moved, but his cap hit is too big for what goalies are running these days. Which is why they couldn't find a taker over the summer.

Finally someone saying it like it is. No way the Bruins can afford to deal Savard. The guy is one of the top 10 centers in the league, production wise. I know they are over the cap and need to shed about 3 mill before the season starts but here is an idea... why not dump a few of the 10 "blue collar" players on the roster that all do the same thing, which is not to put points on the board.
