I know WVU put a beatdown on USF three years ago in Tampa, and all everybody wants to talk about is the two USF wins the past two years. All RR had to do is run Slaton and Schmitt 50 times up the gut and WVU would have rolled last year agianst USF. I am going to put big money on WVU not to lose to USF this season in Dec in Morgantown.

Maryland was coming around last year at the end, and I know Freidgen had some good teams there before by watching them play WVU. They used to be a real tough team on the schedule, and I will miss the WVU/Maryland rivalary until it comes back in 2010. Also I would rather WVU play Maryland this year in Morgantown than play Colorodo in Boulder. WVU got screwed there, but it gives them more national exposore. I think the Terps will be just fine under Ralph though.

I could be wrong, but I don't see anybody replacing the load left byhind by Rice. I see Rutgers finishing 7 in the Big East just ahead of Syracuse in the Big East with West Virginia still proudly carrying the flag for the BE! I don't think Mike Teel can avg 4 TD's and 350-400 yards passing even with Underwood and Britt at WR. Expect a huge nose dive for Rutgers in 08, but expect them back soon. I could be surprised though.

Sorry Rutgers fans, but I see Rutgers taking a huge one season nose-dive this year without no Ray-Ray. I have them picked 7th in the Big East just ahead of Syracuse in a 8 team league.

Yes, Like I read some other people say in this forum... It is now over WVU fans! Time to move on to the great WVU team in Morgantown in 08! Pat White wins Heisman! Noel Devine is an All-American, and WVU finally gets its BCS national trophy it should have had last season. All without Grinch Fraudriguez! Lets go Mountaineers!!!! Just wish Michigan was on the WVU schedule this season!

WVU is the ONLY Big East team to have accomphished ANYTHING since the conference split so I think every other Big East team and Big East fan should be very very appreiative or WVU or the Big East would probably have already lost its BCS bid, gave up on football, and concentrated only on basketball. WVU saved the conference!!! All RU did was get lucky on an offsides penalty and beat Louisville once!

I will say this being a WVU fan and watching RR start from scratch there. Even though I hate his guts I know for a fact that if would have gotten Pryor that he could have very well beaten OSU this season. Michigan will strugle until he gets a QB who can run and run with alot of speed and talent. ie Pat White! If he finds another Pat White guaranteed his O will beat OSU.

You Bama fans crack me up. The guy that says both programs are looking up is right, but WVU would completely dominate Alabama this season and prob for a few more to come. I think WVU's home field can sway a recruit just as well in Morgantown as in Alabama. WVU got Noel Devine over Bama. They have gotten quite a few recruits from Alabama over Auburn and Bama.
