This kid sounds like a thug. He was close to going to Kansas. I thought they made a better move picking up Henry. But Henry isn't exactly sounding real classy these days either. Maybe these guys will actually play basketball at some point.

I can't understand why he'd be having second thoughts. He'll play with two possible All Americans the only year he???ll be there. Kansas has some experienced players returning. Yes Kentucky will be good but they'll be young. Other than Michigan's Fab Five an Ohio St. with Oden most great freshman teams don't amount to much. Look at the year Kansas had Rush, Chalmers, Wright, and Robinson. They were good. But they also lost a lot of games they shouldn't have.

That kind of athlete at that age will be able to shed the weight. It's going to hurt his stock as a pro though. They don't want to see those red flags every year from someone their going to pay a lot of money.

Great point. Kirk would steady the ship and he's a soild defender as well. His shooting would keep teams honest on the perimeter as well.

Memphis and North Carolina might squander more talent than any two programs in the country. Roy Williams won a title with a stacked team. But how many stacked teams has he chocked with. Memphis can't hit free throws or they may have won last years title. Those two programs are both let downs.

Oh yes. That would be the only reason to go to Kansas. It could also be the National Championship banners or all the Big 12 titles or the consistent appearances in the NCAA tournament. Maryland has made more news with fight between the coach and AD and I won't even start about what a mess St. John's is.
