That's a pretty good idea.. Then Varajao gets injured in the 2nd round but he Cavs still advance and play the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals. With the series tied at 3 apiece, Big Baby is tired of being bullied so after KG makes him cry again, he unleashes the beast within and drops 42 points, 17 rebounds & 8 blocks and the Cavs beat the Celtics in 7 games..

Mo Williams again guarantees a championship.. Cavs play the Lakers in the Finals and lose in 6 games. LeBron walks off without shaking hands, and when Shaq comes up to hug Kobe & congratulate him, Kobe whispers "Shaq tell me how my ass tastes" in his ear..

Phil Jackson wears his 11th ring on his toe and Adam Morrison is named Finals MVP..

It's OK I understand why you would hate on Artest. Come playoff time Kobe and Ron will put the All-NBA First team defense on your Ginobili and Jefferson while at the other end Manu and RJ put together can't guard Kobe. Even IF Manu is healthy (and you can't blame me for doubting him)
Papovich and Duncan R a dynasty in San Antonio but you should sometimes give credit where its due also Artest deserves some respect for what he's accomplished as a basketball player.

Plus, that's a pretty elementary comment coming from a guy who's pointing out others as immature people we all know why he went into the stands..

Man when the hell did Ariza become a better defender than Artest? Ron is a Defensive Player Of the Year while Ariza has never made an All-NBA Defensive team...
And yes the Spurs were injured but you cant sit there and keep saying IF IF. If Karl Malone was healthy Lakers would've gone 4 maybe 5 in a row. If my grandma had weewee I would call her grandpa.. If just doesn't cut it.

No, YOU are wrong. You proved yourself wrong when you said Lakers gave Artest the same exact money.
This does give Lakers more money to sign Odom because Ariza's agent was demanding around 8 million per year which the Lakers did not agree to. So by signing Artest for $6 million gives them almost $3 million extra since the first year of Rons contract is worth only about $5million..
