NFL is bigger than Gatorville Junction. It's like not mentioning your highschool when you graduate from college. Nice of him to apologize, but it wasn't really called for. The pro career he had totally overshadows his time/achievements at Florida. For those that skyrocket in college but are mediocre or fail in the NFL (for example, Carson Palmer), it's a different story.
