The Warriors may not be a championship team, but they are fun to watch. Nellie has no idea how to coach in this league- it isnt the NFL- its the NBA. Speed and quickness is not everything. If the Warriors management was smart, they would look at every other team has done to win championships in all kinds of proffessional sports.

The Tampa Bay Rays for example, (MLB not NBA obviosly) was the biggest surprise last year and they got to the WS not because they smacked a million, but because during the offseason they upgraded their defense- traded for SP MAtt Garza, JAson Barlett. Made their DEFENSE better.

The other problem the Warriors have is PG. The steelers have won the SB because they have a true leader and game manager in Roethlisberger. He doesnt have to be spectacular because he has a great defense. That;s what the warriors need- a PG that is a good game manager.

To sum this up, the Warriors need a true PG that can manage the games, and since they hardly have the pieces in place to win a championship anytime soon, trading for Steve Nash would be pointless.

Then, they need to build off their big-men in Biedrins and Turiaf. Those are the only D-stoppers you have. SJack is ok, but if you cant guard a Kobe or Nash or Stoudemire in your own division, your not going to win many games.

I say they should trade the #7 pick for a defensive-stopper (Kirelenko, Artest?) and then sign a PG in the offseason (Ramon Sessions?)

Warriors need a new GM and coach. Nellie made Baron Davis so maybe he should coach LA next year. I hate Don Nelson, he continues to messup the Warriors since helping Baron DAvis leave this offseason. The Warriors have NO true PG, they moved Captain Jack to SG when hes a SF and have Maggette, their best player right now, on the bench! Plus, u have a 22 year old that led the league in shooting % last year puttin up 6 shots a game! Biedrins needs more shots, Monta Ellis needs to move from PG back to his position of SG, and the Warriors need to make a decision of trading Jackson or Maggette because they are both paid too much to be coming off the bench, playing the same position. They also need to play Randolph and Wright more. In the draft last year, i told my buddy watching it with me to take Mario Chalmers instead of Randolph. We had no PG then adn we took Randolph a SF, a position we r the most deep at! Chris Mullin is a dumbass and needs to be replaced!
