Pedro should make the hall...he was probably the most dominant pitcher in the league in his prime...but he is a little loose asking for a huge payday...he should take an incentives based contract just to see if he can throw the ball over 80 mph and then try to get money next year if he can win at least 10 games...too many injuries over the past 3 years to put a price on him!
