I make picks on MMA fights and they're based on fighters strengths, weaknesses, and matchups. Anything can happen in MMA with 4 ounce gloves, not knowing if fighter x is injured, how a weigh cut went, and mistakes fighters make. In this instance I picked Rockhold because I believed he was the more well rounded fighter and he would get Belfort into the later rounds where he would impose is will. I knew full well going into the fight that Belfort could end it early by clipping Rockhold and swarming him. If they fought again I'd pick Rockhold again. Its the same way I felt after I picked Cain to beat JDS and JDS clipped him in round 1 and won. I said I'd pick Cain again if they fought and when they did Cain pulverized him.
