he'll stay at HW until he has a performance that actually merits some attention, THEN, when the LHW picture has cleared up and Jones' toe has healed, he'll drop down for a LHW title shot. If Jones takes a couple of months to heal and get back to training, there is perhaps the winner of Machida vs Gustaffson...so, in a year, when that has happened, Cormier should have been able to have the chances to prove himself worthy of a title shot at HW or LHW, IF he is worthy...after seeing such a pathetic performance against Mir, I don't have high expectations of Cormier in UFC...winning the SF tourney as a replacement was a fluke...

don't be so sure...McCoy just got embarrassed(understatement) in front of the team by the team's supposed "leader"...that can fester most of the season and cause locker room issues when it pops up at a critical point near the end of the season...

What you consider "leading a team to the playoffs" the experts see as the D stepping up and keeping the Broncos in the game...you credit tebow for winning games where he was 2 for 7 for 23 yards...for the WHOLE game....the reality is: The Broncos had been scoring 23 pts/game on average BEFORE tebow...that dropped to 15 pts/game with Tebow as the QB....HOWEVER, the DEFENSE went from allowing 28 pts/game to allowing only 13 pts/game....tebow didn't DO anything...the D changed and became more effective....the Broncos won IN SPITE of tebow, not because of him....
