First, people were saying he was a Coors Product, conveniently forgetting how well he did away from Coors his last year in Colorado...then he had one bad month in Oakland, came to St Louis and tore it up and now he's labeled an NL guy...
He'd destroy in those little ball fields called Fenway and Yankee Stadium...

In Oakland, he was the only hitter in that lineup. He wasn't getting good pitches and he was pressing cause he was the only bat there. He had ONE bad month there, his first. He had a .872 OPS in May, .812 in June, over 1.000 in July.

Gomez should have started his Twins career in Double or Triple A...IF he every becomes a serviceable MLB player, it'll be right before or right after he becomes a FA...Span, Cuddy and YOUNG have earned their spots, Gomez SHOULD be gone...likely won't be, but should. Offensively, he's getting worse...
I wonder how dominate Serena would be if she played all out in every tournament she played in...and played in more tournaments. Yes, she dominates the majors, but hasn't won anything that wasn't a major in over a year...
