They tried a team in "Miami" and the "passion" for soccer runs only along national and home country domestic lines. MLS is crap according to your "passionate" soccer fans.

Unfortunately MLS doesn't have the same weight to throw around that the NHL does. You forget that to FIFA we are to soccer what the Swiss and Italians might be to hockey.

That said, it would be good to have some sort of break in the MLS action for the Gold Cup.

Wynalda, a SoCal native doesn't have a real concept of what winter in Toronto, Boston, Chicago, NY or even Columbus is like.

The only issue I have with the great Thursday night game is the varying time slot. If they could just get it at an 8pm ET time slot people could get into a habit of tuning in at the same time everyweek.

I also need to get a new TV in order to avoid the havoc of switching away from my wife's Grey's Anatomy.
