LOL
Posted Monday November 12, 2007, About: Which Buckeyes going pro?
Gholston and Jenkins are as good as gone.

Jenkins is probably going to be the first DB taken and Gholston is a lineman who is physically and mentally ready for the NFL. Being that a lineman only has so many years (much like running backs), he should go.

I think Laurinaitis stays as well as Boone and probably Robiskie.

I think JL wants to win a MNC as well as Robiskie. Boone could be an absolute physical freak, but needs to stop taking mental vacations.
Posted Monday November 12, 2007, About: Small-market owners worried
The real question is how do teams that consistently under perform both on the ice and in the stands (Washington and attendance sucked there going back to the Capital Centre in Landover) continue to NOT be mentioned?

Columbus has a metro area of over 1.5 million people in a state that is both sports crazy AND has no other competing winter sport in the area....

If there is contraction, it won't be Columbus. They have stable ownership, a large and stable corporate sponsor (Nationwide) and they fill the house nearly every single night, something teams like Detroit (my favorite team) and the NYR aren't doing with such regularity.

isn't it funny how No D fans talk about their education, yet the reason no big conference truly wants No D is that their post-grad programs SUCK.
Posted Monday May 07, 2007, About: Would T-wolves swap KG for Dirk?
Dallas should do this in a heartbeat.

Minnesota is stupid if they do anything like this trade.
Posted Monday May 07, 2007, About: How long will Brodeur play?
Brodeur is still one of if not THE premiere goalie in the NHL. But he's played **** near 100 games this year, which is a LOT for a goalie. Way too much in fact. He faced the most shots ever this year, along with playing 3 more full games (not counting the playoffs) and of course while he won the most games ever, he only missed 4 games total (and virtually none down the stretch).

They have kids in the minors. Sure they shouldn't be looking for a replacement, but **** they could have at least rested him a bit.

Why did NJD lose to Ottawa? Not enough offense and an exhausted Brodeur.
Posted Monday May 07, 2007, About: Miami's brewing QB controversy
Not only has their Quarterbacking been horrific at best, they haven't exactly set the world on fire with their offensive line. That is supposed to change this year however. We will see, but the ACC might be as wide open as it looks, especially if Miami improves, but isn't the killer it was in the early 2000s....

That's fine....get all of the O-linemen you want, but you still can't stop a decent passing game to save your collective lives Notre Ame fans.....
Posted Friday April 27, 2007, About: Browns split on Quinn & Peterson?
LOL!!! Brady Quinn isn't fit to wash Bernie's jock strap. He's Ron Powlus with a fatter college coach and that's IT.
Posted Friday April 27, 2007, About: Browns split on Quinn & Peterson?
If the Browns draft Quinn, they can look forward to 4-12 seasons, a completely different coaching staff next year and half-full stadiums. And no I won't be one of them. I've ignored the NFL before when the Browns left the first time, it isn't hard to ignore a horrible team with no direction now.
