to Yankee Dynasty....... AMEN..... exactly how I think and most probably will happen..... both Matsui and Damon DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE THE YANKEES TO JOIN "ALMOST WINNERS".... WITH NY THEY HAVE PRESTIGE..... LEGACY AND FANS WHO ADORE THEM..... IF THEY WANT MORE THAN 2 YEARS I SAY .... NA NA NA NA, NA NA NA NA, HEY HEY.... GOODBYE..... OTHERWISE WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THEM BACK.....

Yankees will offer him no more than a 2-yr deal.... and if any team wants to sign him for more years.... more power to them.... cause most of that money will be thrown away..... and remember us Yankees have players who will soon be up there in status..... and have great arms in Scranton.... we'll be ok with or without Damon......
Posted Thursday November 12, 2009, About: Report: Red Sox interested in Matsui
Of course they would want him... who wouldnt ? Perfect DH.... and just as I thought.... Papis days are numbered,...... as many Ooooold sox players are.... there is no joy in mudville...... Hideki will remain a Yankee..... why quit a proven winner ?

Hey explosion why dont you make honor to your name and SWALLOW A FIRECRACKER....
Posted Friday September 18, 2009, About: Umpire confesses he might have missed pitch
Have no idea why he would confess to this after the game was already over... 1st.. it made him look like a fool...... 2nd it shows that umpires call wrong pitches on spite or revenge... 3rd.. game was already won and lost.... all he had to do was call a better game next time..... what did this revelation do except piss a lot of people off... and now everyone will be watching that umpires (and all the others also...)
Posted Saturday September 12, 2009, About: Sources: Commissioner won't punish A-Rod
All you stupid Yankee haters..... on roids..... How does anyone know if roids werent used in the 40's 50's 60's etc (players werent tested then...)...... if you are up on the news, US courts found it ILLEGAL when list of players supposedly on roids were seized...... Has anyone noticed that 99% of those cited were either Hispanics or Afro American ? is that a coincidence.... ? Did they want to make a statement ? the witchhunt was focused on NY Yankees and because of possible pressure and MLB Comiss. didnt want to look to be "one-sided", they cited two Red Sox players.... YES, AND BOTH WERE HISPANIC.... HOW IRONIC......
Posted Friday August 28, 2009, About: Yankees interested in Penny
Crazy.... ..... why dont we try to grab Livan Hernandez while we are at it..... we have better pitchers than Penny in AAA.... so why Penny ?
Posted Saturday July 11, 2009, About: Source: Halladay price too steep for Yankees
ADD TO MY STORY.... All Joba has to do is slow down between pitches..... he gets the ball from the catcher and he throws immediately... no pause.... no thought process.... he has to slow down and pace himself and he will be fine....
Posted Saturday July 11, 2009, About: Source: Halladay price too steep for Yankees
QUOTE As for the Joba starter saga I still believe IF he can develop into a front of the rotation starter no question he belongs there. It took a few years for Santana and Halladay to be transitioned to the startng rotation and that turned out pretty well. That said Joba's continuing to be a 5 inning pitcher is troubling. And as someone pointed out earlier there is no guarantee Joba will be the lights out one inning or two inning guy from 07, he threw 24 innings that year.
V ery true..... aside from Santana and Halladay... look at the story of Nolan Ryan who had to be kicked out of the Mets organization because he couldn't even throw a strike or would hit every other batter..... AND WE ALL KNOW HOW HE TURNED OUT TO BE..... SO YOU ARE 100% CORRECT....

July 9, 2009 08:05 AM ETReport Abuse | QUOTE Jeter does have balls, bluntly coming out and calling the ump a liar.

And he is right..... why should he be afraid of telling the truth ? Way to go Jeter....

Jeter does have balls, bluntly coming out and calling the ump a liar

Jeter was within his rights... and why should he be scared to say the truth ?
Posted Monday July 06, 2009, About: Girardi, Joba disagree over performance
QUOTE(#9):Originally posted 08:16 AM ET 07.06 by ME DUM DUM hopefully the BOOS that he heard from the fans light a fire under his butt.

Plus, that Ransom error is what really killed Joba. It seems like every time he pitches, the fielding goes to shytte. Not trying to make excuses because he's always getting himself into 3-2 counts, but they need to be better behind him if they want him to just throw strikes.
True... he's had some very bad luck lately.... he pitches well and gets ZERO run support... he pitches bad, he still gets no run support til hes out of the game.... when he pitches we never score 1st and he always has to pitch with a disadvantage.... no one can pitch with that kind of run support and 90 percent of the time he has to pitch while the team is losing.... he seems to have to pitch with some degree of urgency because of this.... Not fair to him.. this is why many times he gets behind in the count......

I didnt think Atlanta should have taken him back in the first place..... probably knowing deep down inside that he wasnt going to make the grade.... they should have left him at least finish the year even if they kept him as a showpiece or for emergency sitations (sure wins) in the bullpen..... sad story....
