I think that Virginia Tech wouldn't leave, either. Probably should have stated that. 12 teams is where the SEC needs to stay at. But they won't forever, and I can't think of a good team that they could add now that would conflict their issues without another sport (Basketball) being a conflicting issue....

Unfortunately, Texas A&M leaving the Big 12 is inevitable. The only problem is that the find for a 14th, if not 16th team. Clemson and FSU I feel will not join. Virginia would be a good fit, since Virginia is one of the few Southern states w/out a representative in the conference. I would say ECU, but they aren't ready for the SEC at all. Louisville is a good fit, but people are always thinking football first! Louisville has been one of the best representatives for the Big East since it's arrival. Which is the reason I hate TCU going to the Big East. If TAMU were to leave, TCU would've been the perfect replacement.

I just don't like where this is going for college football. It's too money-driven. The appeal of college football was supposed to be that it's not about money, at least from the players standpoint. Now, the rearranging of teams' rearranging for money is aggravating me....

I personally think that they should have ran a play for Rose to free himself up. I mean, it wasn't like he was shooting well in that game, him going ISO isn't just a good idea. I was against the Heat doing that during the regular season, and I don't think the Bulls should be doing that with Rose, either, especially with LeBron guarding him...

That's the point I'm trying to make. Sam Mitchell, Avery Johnson, Mike Dunleavy, among others have faded into obscurity after winning that 'coveted' award. Correction-Phil has only won the award once.

The Coach of the Year Award is quite overrated. There are several coaches that have won that award and end up being fired soon after, including Brown. Phil Jackson never even won the award.
Posted Wednesday May 25, 2011, About: Report: Lakers will hire Brown
Now once upon a time not too long ago,
The Lakers had to go and hire themselves a ---
And this is not a --- in the sense of having a -----,
but the Lakers having no ---damn sense,
He kissed LeBron's Tushie......

Had to drop a Bun B reference on this. Mike Brown is not good with handling egos, as you saw with handling LeBron back in the Cavs days. Why didn't the Lakers hire Rick Aldeman as the head coach Brown would have Kobe and Bynum throw him across the locker room. And he's good with defense, but how is he gonna run the offense? He let LeBron do whatever he wanted, he can't do that with squad.....
Posted Tuesday August 31, 2010, About: Should Leinart worry? Yes, about being cut
I doubt that Derek Anderson will be the QB of the future, but he can do one thing that Leinart can't. Trhow the ball downfield. Leinart checks the ball EVERY time, and can't get the ball downfield b/c of it. And of course your completion percentage is gonna be high if you dump shorts passes all the time. And yes, Leinart has no turnovers, but you know why? He takes absolutely NO CHANCES. If you play it safe, of course you're not going to make many mistakes, if any at all. Anderson throws the ball downfield, and the Cards have an offense that requires a QB that has an arm. I'd take Leinart over Anderson anyways. He was a Pro Bowler, and he did have a bad completion %, but he did play with the Browns. Stats don't always tell the entire story folks. Anybody with eyes can see that Leinart is not a good fit for the Cards...
