Maybe his high school's National Honor Society meeting was subject to a drive-by. All he did was [i]"ghet dahoun"[/i] but the police [i]'bosh da deets'[/i] and arrested the all NHS folk - by mistake!. It's trivial because no one got done up. At my brother's school in New Jersey this happens once a week.

Tressel's alleged non-reporting of known violations potentially puts his employer in direct jeopardy and hence the legality of such a clause would be upheld.

However the restrictions suggested here would be found illegal unless the NFL could prove or show a direct negative impact upon [b]their[/b] business.

A moral turpitude clause would not apply because evil intentions have been widely held not to involve moral turpitude. The violations being vetted here are particular NCAA regulations, not corrupt, depraved or degenerate [b]acts or practice.[/b]
