PLEASE GO!!!
Under his watch: 1.)The break-up of the dynamic trio (Bryant/Shaq/Jackson)
2.)Giving away Odom for money? Idiot
3.)Brown over Shaw or Scott? Double Idiot
4.)Sticking with two Centers instead of one and getting a legit power forward.
Historically the twin towers didn't fare well nor will Gasol/Bynum in the future.
Big mistake this year, will the mistake continue?
5.)Catalyst for hiring Rambis in 1999, that worked out well.
Offer the GM position to Jackson, he is still around dating the Buss chick? Offer the GM to Reggie Miller, Byron Scott, Brian Shaw, or someone else that has the pulse of the modern day athlete on his fingers along with common sense.
Please GO KUPCAKE!

Here is the bare bones minimum to get it done.

Get Farmar, who has a lot of playoff experience and is really a competitor
get Mike Miller if need be..
Get the two bigs from the Lakers : Powell and Magombo... both very talented, however they got little time in LA with thier Bigs... they are available and inexpensive and dying for playing time with a contender.

That is the bare minimum.

Shaq won't go because "Rupaul" I mean Bosh can't dig it.
Don't get D Fish, he will get eaten up by speedy PG's
Perhaps take a look at LA's Brown too!

Farmar
Mike Miller
The two laker Bigs Powell and Mogambo.... They are very talented and underated because it's imposible to get playing time on the lakers with thier other Bigs
Plus, thier draft picks and it should be enough to win it all
