I went to games 3 and 6. Game 3, the crowd was tame, and quiet. I think it was a lot of older people, that are season ticket holders. Game 6, was electric. That atmosphere was the best I've seen in the building since game 7 against the Sens.
Bruins have struggled mightily on the second game of back-to-backs this year. They looked tired last night too. They had to stay in Toronto and get up early and mess up their routine because of their plane issues...
Phil Kessel???s goal at 8:59 of the third period proved to be the game-winner, his second of the series (also in Game 2).
Only two other former Boston players have had two game-winning goals against the Bruins in a playoff series: Reggie Leach for the Flyers in 1976 and Gary Ehman for the Maple Leafs in 1959. Kessel has 3-1???4 so far in the six-game series; he has 3-6???9 in 22 career regular-season games against the Bruins.
Remember when the Leafs kept playing the Sens in the playoffs? Why does no one do what Gary Roberts use to? Gary Roberts use to dump the puck into Chara's corner all series, then run him over. Wear the big guy down. Instead, everyone is afraid of touching him.
He was in there. And put on the big screen during the game. Didn't have the sign up when put on the big screen, but then held it up, upside down. He was quickly taken off the big screen.
Also, Colbourne played so well last night, I wonder if he stays in the lineup over say Orr, if Bozak is able to go.
I remember hearing, the Leafs wont win this playoff series (or ever win a Cup), unless Hell freezes over...Hell is freezing over!

Can't hit what you can't catch.
Reimer is the best :-)

Don't you just love James Reimer's wife staring down Elisha Cuthbert and giving her like a death stare and rolling her eyes. Classic.
Still, I thought Kessel had a really strong game.
