Posted Friday September 09, 2011, About: To Thompson, dynasty means six titles ... in a row
Getting sick of people saying that the Packers/Packers fans shouldn't talk dynasty. Most of this dynasty talk is media-driven, and none of the Packers and very few of the real fans throw that word around. If anyone in the league knows what a dynasty is, it's the true Packers fans who know their histories. To declare these Packers a dynasty takes away from the Packers in the 1960's. Do the Packers have the ability to win multiple SB's? Yes. Do I hope they do? Hell Yes! But to start talking dynasty after one SB win is a tad premature, and wish the media would just shut up about it, but hey, they need SOMETHING to talk about besides Mannings neck and if ***** will return!

As far away from society as possible...preferably St. Lawrence Island...

Haha, she's just very polarizing up here. Most are pretty p.o'd that she ditched us so quickly though...it's funny too, where she's from, "Real Alaska" is a joke...Wasilla, AK is a dump...

Don't get us Alaskans started on Palin!

I'd be very surprised to see anything crazy out of this game. One fight maybe...will make for a great playoff series if these two meet in the playoffs (fingers crossed that they do, rivalries are always more fun come playoff time!)

I know! It's killing me, did anyone catch the end of the Ducks/Stars game last night? I didn't catch it but I heard it was great...

Yeah, we don't get it up here either. Hoped I could get it on atdhenet.tv and watch it there, but that gets more difficult when you're in class!

I agree, I just feel like it shouldn't have been said. It just feels to me like a stupid thing to say. I mean, I have no problem if thats the way you feel and seeing that he might be back for the playoffs i am suspicious. But when a guy busts a vertebra in neck and suffered any type of concussion I don't like the talk of embellishment. Montreal fans overreacted, yes. But that doesn't make the talk of this any better. Rather than this being a negative, I see this more as a positive. The injury was less severe than previously thought. Should be a good game tonight, although I have to be in class while its happening! :(

Definitely, Sova's signed for two years, haven't heard what Hoeffel's contract length was...
Posted Wednesday March 23, 2011, About: Devils may bring Parise back this season
Devils just signed two promising prospects (and by just, i mean a couple days ago), Forward Hoeffel and Defensemen Sova, they're both down in Albany now...
Posted Thursday December 09, 2010, About: Falcons fueled by Dangerfield status
See i think the Falcons get plenty of respect. All the analysts are picking them to be in the NFC championship game with homefield (which is pretty much a guaranteed win). I mean, I understand the motivational tool behind this, but I'd have to disagree with the actual "lack of respect" claim

Great player and a classy guy. Bummer to see him go.

has the NFL heard this idea yet? because i think it just might work!!!
Posted Friday October 08, 2010, About: Finley: Moss 'no concern,' Pack is division fave
i have to agree, but on a different level. Most people (at least from what I've read and seen, so don't lynch me here) agree that James Jones and Jordy Nelson are two of the best 3rd and 4th receivers in the league and could start on most teams. While Jennings/Drive may not be better than Rice/Moss, i think the unit as a whole is better. I mean Jennings/Driver/Nelson/Jones/Finley compared to Moss/Rice(whose not playing currently)/Harvin/(whose the vikes 4th guy?)/Shiancoe...I'll take the Pack over the Vikings. However, I'm not yet convinced they are the best in the league, but they are close...
Posted Monday September 13, 2010, About: Gomez invites more, not less, pressure
no for sure, I just wanted to throw that out there. I'm from AK and went to a few of the Aces games and it was awesome to watch him play. The sheer skill difference from him to the others was incredible. And those 86 points came in only 61 games, so while it is the ECHL, it's still not terrible.

he actually had 86, he didn't quite reach 75 assists, getting 73...
