haha, not a chance! It was a bummer to see Cutler and Forte go down cause it would have been great to have 3 NFCN teams in the playoffs, but next year should be great with the Packer, Bears and Lions all being legitimate contenders and the Vikings I think will be better now that Ponder has a year under his belt, I still believe he can be successful and hope he his, seems like a good guy...

just about, although up here in Fairbanks we just saw the first temps over -25 in over two weeks! Been -40, -45 at night...burrrr!

yeah it was hard to watch, but i sat through the whole thing. Congrats to the giants and to all the packers fans, it was quite a run this past year, to finally get another super bowl win and to then go 15-1, not to mention a 19 game unbeaten streak, is pretty impressive. Let's get a pass rusher for the defense and work on that running game and hopefully the pack will be back on top again next year!

haha, there are a lot of packers fans up here (we have a strong midwestern transplant population), but not too much crime...well, anchorage was actually revealed to be one of the top 5 most dangerous cities in the U.S with 800 something violent crimes (or something) per 100,000...but most of AK is pretty friendly! And yeah, it's been a great run, if they beat the Bucs it will be 16 straight dating back to last season!

normally we have snow by halloween, more this year than normal but it's been a relatively warm fall/winter so far. Hit 45 the other day! otherwise we're seeing 10-15ish at night...

my dad actually worked as a gold miner so we don't watch that show. most the stuff that goes wrong is basic knowledge stuff when it comes to mining. those guys are pretty much neighbors to one of my roommates whose originally from that area.

and to be honest (i'm not picking sides), but if you watch the Packers on a week-to-week basis, there is a lot they can still do better. I'm not saying there playing badly and that I'm ungrateful, but there's just some things that they can do better. This can be said for any team. Just because a team is 7-0 doesn't mean they're playing perfect football.
