The sober one is the designated driver? We can only hope.
Posted Wednesday February 18, 2009, About: Tech regents to consider Leach's fate
Myers is still the AD? Only thing he ever did that was newsworthy was this and the salad incident.
Posted Friday December 05, 2008, About: Crabtree staying at Texas Tech?
If Leach leaves, so does Crabtree. If Leach stays Crabtree still goes. I wish it was to Dallas, but I can't get that lucky. I think all the NCAA policies are stupid concerning atheletes anyway. The guy is old enough to get drafted, and fight for his country, but he can't get paid to play. Please, get off your high horse and let the kids get paid. If that happened then you would see alot more kids stay the full 4.
Posted Monday November 03, 2008, About: Cowboys have a new No. 2 QB
Who said the Cowboys were going to beat the Giants? Crayton? Pompousness comes from the Media. I haven't heard much of anything from Valley Ranch. But, of course I haven't been looking much either.
Posted Monday November 03, 2008, About: Cowboys have a new No. 2 QB
He doesn't get paid to do what he wants. He has to do what helps the team win. Giving up on any play does not help the team win.
Posted Monday November 03, 2008, About: Cowboys have a new No. 2 QB
Ummmm, ok, if you say so. I am of the opinion the team as a whole is not playing well. Defense allowed Eli to throw for 2 Td's in the first quarter, which he has only done one other time, and allowed him to throw 3 TD's in the first half, which he has done only one other time. Put it this way, Cleveland played better defense than we did. The offense didn't help by putting the Giants within easy reach of a score, but if the Defense was that dominant, they should be able to shut down any team anywhere on the field. The Giants didn't have a problem stopping us when we recovered a fumble on the 20.

OIC, they were past the line of scrimmage.
Posted Monday November 03, 2008, About: Cowboys have a new No. 2 QB
True there, as pathetic as the Cowboys played, I kept expecting the score to be 60 - 14. Giant's won, but it wasn't as impressive as it could have been.
Posted Monday November 03, 2008, About: Cowboys have a new No. 2 QB
Here's my question. How in the world do the Giants have 5 dfenders around Crayton, and T.O. and RW not be wide the eff open? There was one play in the 4th qtr that Crayton dropped where there were 5 Giants within 5 yards of him. Where the Heck were our other recievers?
Posted Monday November 03, 2008, About: Cowboys have a new No. 2 QB
And, no Cowboys team ever showed more of a lack of effort than the one last night.

Can't wait to see what the Giants D does against a good offense?

Posted Wednesday September 24, 2008, About: Giants suspend insubordinate Burress
Damn, now I have to clean coffee off my monitor.
Posted Wednesday September 24, 2008, About: Giants suspend insubordinate Burress
It was agains St Louis. Enough said there.
Posted Wednesday September 24, 2008, About: Giants suspend insubordinate Burress
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Might as well have said they were fining him two game checks. Amounts to the same thing. Giants defense will win the game for them again, it is Julia Jones running the ball after all. Coughlin is playing lip service to the team rules and that is all.
Posted Tuesday September 23, 2008, About: Ex-Packer: Rodgers better than Romo
You must have been reading all the posts from the Giant's fans.
Posted Tuesday September 23, 2008, About: Ex-Packer: Rodgers better than Romo
It's the same logic you use to justify your perception of Romo. I never brought up any other season other than this one as a part of my argurment. But, if you want to bring up history. The Cowboys have always won the Super Bowl the year after the Giants. I look to the Bengals game. I think it is the begining of the end for the Giants. Getting taken to OT at home by a clearly inferior team, right after getting taken to the 4th quarter by a team that is in the running for the worst in the league. The Giants have problems this year and all the talk of the Super Bowl last year and who has the ring is irrelevant. The Giants have had one decent game this year against a wide eyed Campbell and his not knowing how to throw more than 5 yards on a 4th and 15. I have seen the future of the Giants and man it is bleak.
Posted Tuesday September 23, 2008, About: Ex-Packer: Rodgers better than Romo
Yes it does. Just pulling your leg Jld. Too bad you guys don't get a shot at the Giants this year.
Posted Tuesday September 23, 2008, About: Ex-Packer: Rodgers better than Romo
Ok we won 5 Super Bowls to your 2. Explain that. Last year means exactly squat. Do really think that the loss last year is going to affect this year? Last I heard, the Cowboys couldn't win in Green Bay. Just because the Cowboys lost the "Ice Bowl" and the Packers beat some crappy Cowboys teams in the 80's at Lamblow? Please.
Posted Tuesday September 23, 2008, About: Ex-Packer: Rodgers better than Romo
Actually it is the Packers thread. But, Rodgers isn't worth debating so it's on to Romo and Eli.
Posted Tuesday September 23, 2008, About: Ex-Packer: Rodgers better than Romo
Yeah like Eli had his eyes wide open when the rookie saved his bacon. Oh he must have had them open when Asante Samuels dropped the game ending interception. Eli is no more talented or a better qb than Romo. He just got luckier. Brady would have been hefting the Lombardi being the MVP if it wasn't for the Giants defense. Eli didn't lose the games and the defense should have been the MVP for the Giants. Eli did just enough not to lose. And coming in this year and feeding on the Rams and barely beating the Bengals. Eli needs to stay on the sidelines and let the defense do the talking.
