As far as the Montero trade goes, I like that deal for the Mariners. Between Iwakuma, Bleavan, Furbush, and Vargas at least one of them should be able to turn into a #2 starter. And they've got more prospects behind those guys. They needed a bat, badly.

I dunno about 10, but he could miss a lot of starts. Not THAT many, though. Dude's failed to start 30 times or more in a season three times during his 11 year career. 20 starts Rookie year, 21 2003, and only 23 last year. 8 seasons of 30 or more starts. He should have enough in the tank for 25+ starts.
