News flash: Back in 2003, 104 players out of around 1000 players tested positive. That is about 10% of the players. Therefore, 90% of the players in the peak of the steroid era (pre-testing) were not using. If you want to cheer Manny, that is your deal. He is on your team and I won't ever get on another fan base for how the react to their own team. But don't expect the rest of the league to forgive so quickly. The dude is a cheater, and the shame of it is is he is such a good player, that using PED's was totally unnecessary for him.

I gueess forgiving and forgetting are only reserved for Aroid and the other yankee roiders.

ah the good days!! I got to seee a playoff game back then. It was Carlton vs. Sutton, Dodgers lost that game, have hated Sutton ever since. Had the Dodgers won, we could have ran on the field. Got tix behind home plate next phillies wives. Was in Jr. high my blood startedd turning dodger blue.

ok real simple Vick, Burress were both ( and other players ) punished by this commish BEFORE any legal action had been taken. Too bad people of lesser color will never hear the end of it, as long as people of color continuously take advantage of the situations.

The Angels (Moreno) needs to SPEND money to get consistent producers on their team. Holliday isn't the answer. Funny how his numbers have gone down since leaving Coors Field--hmmm. The Magic gave the series away. If Garnett is healthy the Lakers get stomped again. This was a fluke. Like hitting the Powerball.

Is that why the Magic beat ythe Celtics, bc KG wasn't there. Injuries are part of any sport, its up to the rest of the TEAM to pick up the slack. The Magic team deserves a lot of credit for getting farther then anybody expected them. They played two very tough teams and won.

As a Laker fan, I agree all they way. Without the Celtics the playoffs just aren't the same. Just like the good old days with Bird and Magic.
