In this case the rules official should have allowed the slow play to occur. It was a great match between Harrington and Woods. Everyone always wants someone to go toe to toe with Tiger and when it finally happens, it is interrupted by a rules official. Official needs to have a better grasp of the moment at hand. This constantly happens in other sports like basketball and football. For example, when the referees allows for action to get more physical and other no-calls.
