I wonder how God-ell will handle this. This guy could have killed someone and leaves the scene. If God-ell is really serious about cleaning up the league, he should be suspended for several games.

Welcome to the NFL's version of the dead period. Most minicamps and OTA's are done. Most camps don't open for 4-5 weeks. Nothing major happens now. Ever. It is a dessert of NFL news. I hate this time of year more than anything. Cmon late July. Get here already.

Cable had the opportunity to purchase NFL Sunday Ticket but chose not to outbid DirecTv. Jump on the cable companies, not the NFL on that one. The amount of money was going to be shared between the cable companies so it would not have cost them as much as it does DirecTv alone.

FWIW, Comcast does not yet carry ESPNU either, and they only recently struck a deal with the Big 10 Network. They only offer other sports networks like Fox College Sports, CBS College SportsNetwork, and ESPN Classic on the same tier as NFL-N. As someone who loves college sports and the NFL, I pay the extra $8/month from August-April for that package. It is available to you and there is no commitment, pick it up and cancel it at your leisure.
