Sure will be. The only thing that would make it better is if Nebraska actually played Oklahoma in the regular season. It would be interesting to see if any of the three teams could beat both of the other two.

As A husker fan I am concerned about our younger fans ruining this reputation. From sitting in the student section the lack of class shown by the younger generations is appalling. Every team has horrible fans and every team has great fans (they may not have been met yet).

Here's to hoping that the tradition continues and spreads to all teams.

I am not sure what you consider a whippersnapper but I am new to posting on the forums.

The delusion is part of being a fan. However, I haven't seen much from SMU fans on the board, and from what I understand they were quite the dynasty up until the death penalty. (kudo's to June Jones for making strides on the resurection)

Reminds me of Nebraska's bad hire.

Apparently madcasey it is about 10 years. That is roughly how long nebraska was down with out a reasonable chance at a title (conference or national) and it seems to me we had lost the national power status and are slowly getting it back.
