Calm down dont yell. I am a season ticket holder. I have been for 11 years. No one is as worked-up about Werth leaving as you make it sound. For the most part Phils fan are intelligent and in tune with the stats.
Werth is a good player. Important in the system. He is a plus fielder and a plus baserunner. Both are very important. He is 32 and has never driven 100. Never batted 300. Never stole 30. Never hit 35HRs. Lets not annoint him.

For 9-10 million a year I would keep him. Say 3 years 31million. Fair price. But anyone who pays him 100million. They will be super disappointed. Its just the truth.

He will not be a Phillie past this year.

Yes he does. Polly is the 2 and has been. As he will be too.

The big issue is Thaddeus Gibson who was a 4th Rounder. He is going to have to get through and snuck on the practice squad too.
I am a huge Steelers fans for 20 years, and they always draft well over their needs. Worilds was a fine pickup. But to then follow it up with 3 straight backers blows my mind. Patrick Bailey is their special teams ace and he plays MLB. The final spot is between him and Sylvester. And I guarantee Sylvester gets the last spot because he is a Tomlin guy. Bailey who is to smart for Tomlin won't make the team.
Sylvester isn't going anywhere.

the reason he is so valuable to the Phillies is because he offers right handed protection.
I like Werth, I am a fan of his, but not for 15mil. I would give him three year deal for 31 million.

Respectable and a thank you for playing. He will be 33 when the season starts. That will give him a nice payday and a chance to earn cash.

He maybe 32 but he is a young 32 having been a utility guy until 07-08. I would love to resign him, but not for 15 million. Pay him a little more than Shane, and keep him.
