I hear you, but regardless of being down, they came back. Even if they needed the Pats to not make a play, they took advantage and made plays of their own. It wasn't pretty, but I'm giving the Colts some credit. The past is past, it's when it's the present again that it's a problem. Absolutely agree the coaches know they very well may not have had a chance and would've lost.

Also, since we're talking boxing, when did it ever matter except when the belts were unified, and one guy had them all? Separate "organizations" all but assure there will never be a unified belt. I certainly do not know that this is the first telling of the story, do you? Or, have you been in on a bunch of conversations with the lady, and it never came up? I'm guessing she was asked recently, due to Jordan's upcoming ceremony, which he just became eligible for this year. If she told the story 100 times, I doubt they were all this week. This is such a non story. Unbelievable how worked up some people are.

Hurt in camp, no? I thought he had a 6-8 week period before he was ready to go. Thought that prompted the reviled "comeback". Yes Jackson has "potential", as many players have that do NOT make it. You take the guy who gives you the best chance to win, that IS Favre.

When did you "learn"?? ; You never had it so you had nothing to give up. Also, do you not recall the Jets record the previous year? 4-12, and Favre ruined you?? Get over it, and yourself. The Vikings have a better team in all facets of the game, why is it Favres fault that the Jets suck? Like it's anything new. And, yeah Pennington had a decent year for the Dolphins, SO? Against crappy opponents, and did zero for the Jets in that previous 4-12 season (coming off comeback player?). The Fins didn't win because of Chad. Don't be delusional. Nor did the Jets lose due to Favre.

How insightful. Why would that be? Because he's better than the existing talent? What a crime for an old man to still be capable, even better than the youngsters. Get off the hating Favre bandwagon. Sure, things could've been smoother, perhaps. SO WHAT!!! Favre IS playing and is better than anything else the Vikes had, and Likewise, better than Rodgers in Green Bay.
