Are you guys nuts? Anything below max is a steal. This guy is so underrated it's not even funny anymore. Nearly 22/16. Are you serious? You really think Al Horford, for example, is a better player?
Obviously, a trade for either of those 2 would be around Carter's exp con, definitely not Lewis (who is untradable for now because of his horrible salary). I've been a critic of Otis Smith for a long time, but one thing he's done well is get the payroll up. Champions usually have very expensive rosters deep into the luxury, just look at LA. So...while it doesn't look too good at the moment, it gives him plenty of opportunities from now on. He can trade Carter for somebody now. Once Lewis' deal reaches the last year, it will be wanted all over the league. Potentially, that's 2 superstars coming into Orlando. They can always sweeten any deal with guys like Nelson, Gortat or Pietrus. The Magic should be able to afford such a payroll, just look at their arena. They just need to keep the payroll up, then good things will happen. Howard is definitely someone every superstar would love to play with. Good times ahead for the Magic.
Well...I think he's just not used to having a better player on his team. This is a huge change for all 3 of them, and it's visible. They look lost. But it's early. They can't play like this all year, they're too good for that. I'm sure they'll improve. We'll see by how much, but they'll turn it around sooner or later.
Dee confuses me, on the other hand. He was happy about having 3 great players on the local team (as every fa would be); now he'd trade Lebron for a low % volume scorer as Melo. That's an interesting fan base the Heat have.

I can't believe it myself, but I'm actually watching Clippers games...because of him. He's really amazing. He's got it all. He scores (efficiently) dunking, shooting jumpers, posting up...his footwork is brilliant. He's got moves Dwight would kill for. He's a great passer also.
His D is lacking, but that's nothing unusual for a rookie. He's got all the tools, he'll get there. And he plays hard all the time, as his rebounding shows. Soon he'll be THE star of this league. Book it.

I think this guy might be the best offensive player in the league already. He's a great rebounder as well, just his D needs some work. But he's a rookie, he'll get there. Now with Lebron joing 2 other stars, he might become the best player in the league as soon as next season. Amazing player, and nobody's more exciting to watch. Can't wait for the next Clippers game.
Amare is overrated, as everybody outside of NY has already known for years. It's great to see the Knicks overpaying for so long. Now, let's just hope they get Melo for the "give-away" of 22 mil a year. That would be great, and it would put the Knicks into the lottery for another decade. Too bad they traded all their draft picks away... :)

Besides, Wade is playing the worst of the 3.
