And then they can get Kobe at $1M, CP3 at $500k, and Dwight Howard at $750k (assuming they accept.
Posted Monday November 07, 2011, About: Jordan brand ready for backlash?
Do you understand the concept of a business? The players are just assets used to make money, nothing more. The owners have been overpaying these players for a very long time, not to mention there is no other league to compete with the NBA. Even if the players only made 30%, if the players didn't have the NBA, they would have no other means of making even 1% of their current salary, so the players should be thankful and accept any deal they offer.

Hale yeah...

What's wrong with that is some families die from starvation, and he's whining about getting paid 4 million instead of 8. What a biich.
Posted Sunday October 23, 2011, About: Report: Iverson to host NBA player tourney
Well, since it's Iverson's games, he can make up his own rules. Make half-court shots 4-pointers, and full court shots 5-pointers. Antoine Walker would jump at that.
Posted Thursday October 20, 2011, About: Howard has it all wrong
A superstar like rashard lewis? They sure paid him like one.
Posted Wednesday October 19, 2011, About: NBA talking with potential buyers for Hornets
Are you an idiot? Raising the ticket prices will decrease the sales, so you might even make much less money in a bad economy unless you're a top market team.
Posted Wednesday October 19, 2011, About: League official blames Garnett for [bleeping] things up
Your logical is laughable. These players are easily replaceable, though it would take some time to get back to the current talent level starting for scratch. Why? Simply because you will always find just as talented players willing to play for much less money. What do you think these players have, a solid alternative as a lawyer or a surgeon? Option two for the majority of current NBA players is minimum wage, unemployment, or jail. You think they're going to turn down even a fraction of what they get paid now?
Posted Wednesday October 19, 2011, About: League official blames Garnett for [bleeping] things up
Well, I don't know if superstars making stupid comments was the original plan. I bet the union reps are on edge every day, waiting for primitive impulses to set off the next stupid comment.
Posted Wednesday October 19, 2011, About: League official blames Garnett for [bleeping] things up
Because KG is the only one out of all the players you named that has got in his knees in front of his opponent and barked like a dog.
Posted Wednesday October 19, 2011, About: League official blames Garnett for [bleeping] things up
Maybe he can get on all fours and bark at the owners like a dog.
Posted Wednesday October 19, 2011, About: Stoudemire pins lockout on his former boss
Great idea!! All the players should share the profit, too! Then Eddie Curry can make $5 million a year doing what he does best!
Posted Wednesday October 19, 2011, About: Stoudemire pins lockout on his former boss
I think you're spot on, lol.
Posted Saturday October 15, 2011, About: Are NBA players still unified?
What does the billions of dollars the owners got elsewhere have to do with the NBA? So if you're successful at work, you should have to pay more for food than other customers because you can take it? The players get too much and should agree to 50/50.
Posted Saturday October 15, 2011, About: Are NBA players still unified?
Ninety percent of these idiots would be on the streets or in jail if the NBA didn't exist. Count your blessings and move the **** on. Accept the 50/50 deal, ***holes.

That sounds reasonable.

I don't know about other states, but in Texas, the maximum limit for the unemployment check is $1,100 per week.

That's a dam good way of looking at it, lol.
Posted Thursday August 25, 2011, About: Wade wants stars involved in lockout
Vince Young went to college for 3 years and scored a 6 on the Wonderlic (e.g., what is the fourth month of the year? a) july b) fish c) pencil d) frog)... **** probably can't even write his name. I definitely think America has its priorities backwards, paying these cavemen so much money and promoting not studying and playing ball all day. For one ****, there are hundreds of thousands of people who are essentially brain dead and can't make pro. I hope these idiots lose a lot of money.
Posted Thursday August 25, 2011, About: Wade wants stars involved in lockout
Um, what are you talking about? He cares primarily about money. If he wasn't a basketball pro, he'd probably be cleaning **** stains off of public toilets. The game? How about the money? *snicker*
