Posted Friday January 09, 2009, About: Blazers threaten to sue teams over Miles
Maybe the Blazers can pick him up for 1 million and then not play him, then they don't have to pay the 18 million in penalty. Of course this would not be allowed so I am joking.

I think what people are not understanding is that the Blazers didn't decide he was unfit to play. A Doctor appointed by the NBA and Players association said he could not play. The guy has missed 2 seasons and the Blazers paid the guy to sit at home and go to clubs.

If Miles is healthy enough to play, then why hasn't Boston or Memphis kept him on board? Apparently he isn't healthy, so any team that would pick him up and play him for 2 games would be doing so clearly to attack the Blazers.

That being said and I was not a huge Blazers fan, I would want my team, especially if its a Western Conference Northwest Division team, to pick up Miles and put him in 2 games....both against the Blazers just to piss them off.

BUT, Im a Blazer so I hope this idea doesn't get out.

Posted Friday November 07, 2008, About: OSU without coach if Obama wins
For the record. This is an Oregonian article. 99% of people who read this article in Oregon/Washington know who this guy is. Yes, it should have been made a little more clear that CR is the brother of Michelle Obama, but the person who wrote this article wasn't writing it for T&R, people in NY, GA or WI.
Posted Tuesday October 28, 2008, About: Kiffin interested in Huskies job
Serious? Go from NFL to 1AA? Please, IMO, one of the main reasons why Kiffin sucked at Oakland (and why most coaches will suck at Oakland) is becuase of the Godfather sitting up in the owners box. The person that needs to be sent packing is the spoon fed, blanket wearing owner. Kiffin wasn't given a chance to coach. It was like he had the Head Coaching title but the authorization of a Asst. Head Coach. I think Kiffin would be like Carrol, Riley and Erickson of the Pac-10 where they suck as NFL coaches but actually perform well in the NCAA. Not saying he will be as good, but saying that he will be better off coaching College then Pro players.
Posted Wednesday October 22, 2008, About: Oregon State AD on Hoosier's list
Our only fame this year is beating #1 USC. 2006 we beat then #3 USC, 2007 we beat then #2 Cal (who was going to be #1 becuase LSU lost) and we beat Cal on there home field. 2006 we beat Missouri who came out the next year and this year and is playing for a BCS bid. We have beaten ND twice in the past 7 years in Bowl games.

Your clame of fame is beating Western Kentucky (2-6) and throttling non-FBS Murray State (3-5).

And I wasn't trying to talk crap on IU. I was just trying to figure out why I should "stick to what I know and that is losing". I just didn't know where you were coming from becuase Indiana hasn't been doing much winning lately except in basketball.
Posted Tuesday October 21, 2008, About: Oregon State AD on Hoosier's list
what are you trying to say about the Rams? just kidding
Posted Tuesday October 21, 2008, About: Oregon State AD on Hoosier's list
you crack me up. Just cause I live in Vancouver now don't mean Im from here. Moved here a year ago after getting married. Got a neice that lives with us so we have to live in the state of washington to keep custody. Your a Hoosier and you live in California...same thing right? just cause you live there dont mean your from there.

how about the losing... you must only be talking about basketball becuase you haven't done crap in football or baseball. In the past 15 years, you have only made it to 2 bowl games and you lost both. We have been to 7 winning 5. Baseball we went to 3 straight College World Series and we were back to back National Champions in 2006 & 2007.

Hoosiers has only won 2 national championships since 2000 and those were both in soccer. What...they have a championship for Soccer? Well, I guess that is equal to University of Portland Pilots who have won 2 girls soccer championship.

So who is accustomed to losing again? just refresh my memory please.

P.S. If Hoosier is not for Indiana and really intended to find out who your daddy is, I apologize.

It should be Outlaw. Problems with options #1 and #2. #1) you start Batum and he does well for you. But once Webster returns to action and regains his starting spot, what do you do with Batum? move him to 3rd behind Outlaw? Doesn't make since. #2) why on earth would you move an all-star guard to the 3 position?

Outlaw. He is not going to get his shots that he was getting last year with the 2nd team, but he will still make a difference with his long frame and athleticism. Plus you don't need Outlaw on the 2nd team with Rudy and Frye. With Batum and Przybilla in the 2nd unitm, I don't think there is a 2nd unit in the NBA that will score with ease.

Who is making fun of the Beavers renevation? Do you know anything about Reser Stadium? Have you been there or you just have seen it from your black and white 19" tv back home watching highlights on the best local channel that can get picked up by your rabbit ears?

Now about the article... Isn't it odd that the Indianapolis Star would get information about Indiana University from a Portland newspaper 2200 miles away?
Posted Friday October 03, 2008, About: Oregon expected to start backup QB
#1 When was the last time Trojans lost back to back games? Answer...before Carrol was the coach. USC 42-17

#2 Of course Oregonwill start there back-up QB. The starter went down before the season started. Every since then its been a back-up and especially when they lose, its "because we played the back-up".

#3 Daren is not the starter because nobody starts the game off in Prevent Defense so you will have him out there doing nothing for you. His passes looked like crap in the BSU game and if it wasn't for great hands on the receivers, he would not have gotten 1/3 of them completions.
Posted Wednesday September 24, 2008, About: Trojans change backup QBs
Yeah, I don't think so. Oregon State always plays tough at home against USC. 2000: OSU Wins ; 2004: OSU loses by a late 4th Qtr punt return for a TD by Reggie Bush. 2006: OSU wins. At the Coliseum, this game is over at the end of the 1st Quarter. At Reser....USC will still win, but it won't be as easy as it should be.

GO BEAVS!!!
Posted Monday September 22, 2008, About: Neuheisel opens UCLA QB competition
Yeah, that didn't quit help Oregon this past weekend and they DO have a great running back tandem. You gotta be able to throw the ball or your going to run the clock down and come up short at the end when you finally start tossing the ball.

BELLOTI is a joke...

I love how Basketball coaches are sending players to Football games to woo them. As if 90,000 are going to show up at a USC basketball game
Posted Saturday September 06, 2008, About: Lakers' Bynum: I'm 100 percent
He will get crushed on opening night by Oden if he is able to make it to the game.

Scary with Gasol, Odom and Bynum? Please, they will not do a thing against Oden, Aldridge and Outlaw. The only thing that makes those 3 half way decent is that they have one of the greatest players to play the game wearing #24 with them. You take Kobe out of the mix and the Clippers are the best the team in LA.

He is huge (bigger then Odom)??? Um, I hope he is bigger then Odom since Odom is a SF/PF and Bynum is a C. Thats like saying that Luke Walton is huge (bigger then Farner)

GO BLAZERS....

Posted Friday December 21, 2007, About: Sources: UCLA talking to Bellotti
HEY SOONER GIRL... do you realize that DD is injured and this is his final season at UO? there is no way he will be able to contend for a national title. Unless ofcourse Belloti gets hired by the Atlanta Braves minor league system and coaches him next year in baseball.

If Belloti and Mike Riley would split a season coaching, they would have a national powerhouse every year. Belloti always starts off on fire while Riley starts out slow and then Riley picks up around mid October when Belloti tanks. Just think if they could be co-coaches for a team.
Posted Monday December 10, 2007, About: Panthers may play rookie QB
I dont know why he hasnt started since the beginning ( when Carr went down). They could have brought in Testaverde, but they never should have started him. They should have gone with younger legs and get there moneys worth out of Moore. I watched the guy at OSU and once he gets settled , he does an awesome job. They could have been competing in the past few weeks instead of having a AARP representative filling in the QB position.

THIS IS SO TRUE. A white ref would have already been suspended for the next game and fined as well. It would be making regular news and once the writers strike ends, would be talked about on Late Show and Tonight show.
Posted Friday November 30, 2007, About: Will Lewis leave Cleveland?
Maybe the Browns should trade a bunch of draft picks to pick up a top RB in the draft. that way next year, lewis can break rushing records (yards, tds) for the browns. It worked at QB... of course Anderson is younger and was never given a chance to actually run the team before this year... but it might work
Posted Tuesday November 13, 2007, About: Huskies won't rush QB back
This isnt even a picture of the play that got Locker injured. He was injured at Oregon State and this is Parker from Arizona. Atleast show a picture from the OSU game. The play he got injured on was very scary. They showed it twice on replay but then when he stayed down, they quit showing it (atleast at the Stadium they quit showing).

Maybe he can call up his old team in NE and have them help with Spygate on his last 3 opponents.
