118M seems nice, but after you add a 2B, SS, CF, 3 starting pitchers and a closer, not to mention all the smaller holes that will need to be filled, staying under that cap number will tough to do.

Not really, the knock on him is he's always been mentally soft, which is one of the reasons he was never seriously considered for the closers role after Papelbon left. So the fact that he's having all these issues, which all appear to be physiological , really shouldn???t be a surprise to anyone.
