I honestly think the problem goes way deeper tham the QB and the OC or the HC or the GM. Yes they all have issues, but so did Dave Wannstadt and Dick Jaron and Ron Turner and John Shoop and the 23 QB's before Cutler.....the problem is the McCaskey's! They're too involved and have no idea what they are doing, which then trickles down to GM's that don't, HC's that don't, etc., etc., etc...
