I am an Earthquakes fan and I am looking forward to this signing. But to put it among the rumors of the rest of the world...???
I have seen his videos on youtube, and although he is "a good player...in MALYASIA", all of his goals are world class. Understandably, malaysian soccer is CRAP, but a guy who can stand out greatly is worth looking at.
Seattle? That isnt a big enough market. This has already been said so ill go on to to say this to bluefever
worst leagues in the world? come on. that's so ignorant. What about the K-League? J-League? the leagues in the middle east. MLS teams have played English sides and have done very well, so there is no room to say that the MLS is the worst league in the world (and no disrespect to those other leagues, but the MLS is above them)
and so you all know. for being 36, he is still playing very well in portugal. Goal scorer? not as of late, but he still plays with intensity and heart.....but i think its a bad signing IF it were to happen
buuuut. i knew it wouldnt happen so....none story
but hes still a |)ick...
was the first line of this article an attack on MLS or just saying that Nash is really good? (i believe its the first...even tho he did train with NYRB for a day and was impressive)
but ya. like someone else said, imagine him playing here with 2 bad knees on turf? =/ stay away from America Ronaldo! for your own health sake
Im saying this of course with assumption that he cant make a relatively quick and clean recovery. If the tendon tear is a clean, then he could play again. But i think its going to be up to him if that happens or not
i am really sad tho...Ronaldo was slated to become the 2nd best Brasilian player ever. used to be one of my favorite players =/
San Jose, New Endlgand, Red Bulls, or Miami (IF they get a team) would be the choices solely on their Portuguese population. I know i would go to games with him playing with my Brasil jersey =)
writing his own column would be entertaining to read. and hey...the Quakes need some broadcasters for the season...y not Wynalda.
thank god Ray Hudson is getting some love! me and my boys used his lines ALL hte time when commentated for the Quakes back in the day.
i heard a while back that ESPN is trying to buy the rights to the EPL, but there was some sort of twist in it (cant remember it...sorry)
tall WR. why? i think our recieving does just fine with the size that we have...but thats just me
GIVE HIM THE DAMN CONTRACT ALREADY!
